Awesome car buying experience! Both my daughter and I purchased 2015 cars from Adam recently. He was a refreshing change from the typical auto dealer. His prices are fair and he went above and beyond to make sure we were both happy with our vehicles. I am so happy we found him among all the other auto sales lots. They truly care about the costumer and the process of buying a car. They have been open and honest about everything. I have never bought a car until I bought one from them and they made the process quick and easy and explained everything to me in detail. Definitely would recommend buying from here.

Had an absolutely great experience with this dealership! In the past having problems with my old car trying to find a used car dealership that was reliable was intimidating. This place was so helpful and helped me find a new car that has been amazing! Their communication was excellent along with their kindness, you can tell they truly care about their customers. I was able to purchase a 2017 Hyundai sonata sport and drive it off the lot shortly after, which it has been working amazingly and so smoothly. Definitely a trustworthy place and people, I would highly suggest!

Adam is the best of the best. My husband and I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota RAV4 about a week ago and we absolutely love the car. We just recently sold our 4Runner and got out of a high payment and needed something a little better on gas. We are so grateful we found Adam Auto Sales for setting us up with a gently used vehicle at a really affordable price. Adam also went above and beyond answering any questions I had and making the process as simple as possible. We had a lovely experience and we definitely recommend Adam and his business. This is one of the Rare treasures in Holyoke when it comes to Auto Sales. This business is as Stand up as it comes. They will treat u with Respect and any issues they are not the type to say well we sold u the car u are on ur own. NOPE he will help as long as it's reasonable he stands by his cars. We will be back!

Buying a new (or used) car can be very stressful. Thankfully, I stumbled upon Adam Auto Sales. I had initially looked at some at “big” car dealers, however, I seemed to always leave disappointed and discouraged. I don’t particularly care for being pressured into something I don’t want or like and that’s exactly what these sales people do. I digress, I stumbled upon Adam Auto Sales and from the moment I met the owner, I felt at ease and not at all pressured into something I wasn’t interested in. He gave me options but what impressed me the most was his way of connecting with the customer. He was kind, polite and very honest which was comforting. I did end up purchasing a different vehicle then I had planned on and I’m glad I did. I’m enjoying my new car (new to me) and I got an amazing deal on it. If you’re looking to find a good/great deal, go to Adam Auto Sales! I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! You won’t be disappointed!

Adam sold me a 2012 Subaru Outback. The car needed a few issues to be taken care of and as promised the issues were resolved. He actually delivered the car to my house which saved me a lot of time and money. I don't know if he normally does delivery but my situation was different and I really appreciated his going beyond his responsibilities. Peg(my car)is happy and I look forward to enjoying the car. Adam is the best ever. I recently bought a 2014 Jeep Compass from him that is in great shape. He is so kind and personable and trustworthy. He is also very helpful. I must say at first, I wasn't sure about buying a car from Adam, but after meeting him. I really liked him. He was up front about everything with the car, I bought from him. He even went out of his way to replace the breaks for free because they seemed a bit squishy and he didn't like it, so he replaced them for me. It took me a bit to write my review, because I wanted to drive it a bit to see if I had any problems with it. Bottom line is I would buy 50 cars from Adam, one of the best sale person I ever met buying a car from. Adam, thank you for the sound car you sold me, I love it.

I had a fantastic time buying a car through Adam Auto Sales. Adam was always willing to answer any questions and walk me through any steps of the car buying process. This was the first time I had to buy a car in 9 years. It was also the first time I went through the process by myself. Adam Auto Sales worked with me through the entire process and made it very easy. Very quick and ready to answer any questions I had. I now have a low mileage vehicle in great condition! I’m very happy with my experience.

bought a used 2016 subaru crosstrek that i drove all the way to Nashville, TN. great price for a great car with minimal fixes needed. adam was nice enough to write me a check to fix the lights that were out, and fix the hatch on the back. adam was really professional and personable. it was a pleasure doing business!

An excellent experience purchasing my new to me truck from Adam. There are no high pressure tactics and a very relaxed atmosphere. Adam was excellent in helping customers like me. I was glad to see that helps his customers if they want them to come back. I also told a friend of mine about using him in looking for a vehicle that she would want. We love our vehicle and I am glad he had a very nice looking vehicle with lower miles on it. This made buying a vehicle with wild to buy.

GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE WITH ADHAM as you can see here below I purchased a new to me used car in excellent condition for a steal of a price Adham made the process painless and easy and was very open and honest about all the vehicles we looked at which was very important to me as I’ve just spent the last year putting close to 5k into a crappy car that has failed on me so many times so to go from that to such a great car from an excellent dealer has been amazing you can goto any dealer in New England but for the prices and quality of service there’s only one place to go and that’s here!!!

I bought a fantastic used Honda from Adam's Auto Sales. I found a car on their website, called to confirm it was available, let Adam know when I was coming down, test drove and bought the car within 60 minutes of arriving, it was quick and easy. It's the best car buying experience you could have, customer support is great, all fully positive interactions with Adam and his staff. Adam's business is customer-centric, and he runs it hands-on with integrity and friendliness. I'd recommend this place to anyone. 👍

they're very friendly there. and they are very helpful. Adam also make sure that there's nothing wrong with the car before you take it home that way you have a smooth and running car. I love my car that I got from there and he sells very low mileage and good mileage cars. thank you so much Adam for such an amazing car and I'm looking forward to the years I have to come with it.
